- Form delivery — when you submit a callback request, the form contents are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-processing service. FormSubmit does not receive any information beyond what's in the form.
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may see your device's IP address as part of delivering the font files.
- Map tiles — our service-area map is built with Leaflet and OpenStreetMap, which may see your IP address when map tiles load.
4. Data Retention & Security
We keep the details you submit only as long as needed to complete your service request and for basic business record-keeping afterward. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
