Our services

We provide emergency, residential, commercial and automotive locksmith services in the Charleston, SC area, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability.

Quotes and pricing

Proof of ownership

For everyone's protection, our technicians are required to verify identity and proof of ownership or legal right of entry (e.g., ID, vehicle registration, lease) before opening a property or vehicle or making keys. We may refuse service where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.

Estimated arrival times

Arrival windows quoted on this site (e.g., 15–30 minutes) are typical estimates, not guarantees. Actual times vary with location, traffic and demand.

Warranty

Our workmanship is guaranteed. Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent tampering or work performed by others.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
