Quotes and pricing
- Prices shown on this website are example starting prices only. Your exact price depends on the job, hardware and conditions on site.
- You will always receive a flat-rate quote before work begins. Work starts only after you approve the quote.
- Our price-beat promise applies to written estimates from licensed competitors for the same scope of work, presented before work begins. One promotional offer per household; offers cannot be combined.
Proof of ownership
For everyone's protection, our technicians are required to verify identity and proof of ownership or legal right of entry (e.g., ID, vehicle registration, lease) before opening a property or vehicle or making keys. We may refuse service where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
Estimated arrival times
Arrival windows quoted on this site (e.g., 15–30 minutes) are typical estimates, not guarantees. Actual times vary with location, traffic and demand.
Warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed. Hardware we supply carries the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent tampering or work performed by others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
